Basketball Training Options/Focus:

Personalized plans:

  • Two Camps:  Individual – open to the public and Team Camp – high school/AAU/college teams

  • Skill Camps/Clinics: Ball handling, shooting, defense, etc.

  • Skill Training: One-on-one or small-group (four or fewer players) instruction for skill development and mental focus

  • Position Training: Guard and big-men training, point guard/shooting guard camps and big-men camps (teaching post moves/rebounding, etc.)

  • Team Tournaments: High school, AAU, college (Example: Tip-off Classic for local high school teams or a Border Battle with teams from Delaware facing teams from Maryland) or a holiday tournament during the high school season. Some weekdays and most weekends in spring, summer and fall would be open for AAU/travel basketball tournaments that Z-Train would coordinate

  • Strength Training: Position and age-specific weight training and pre/post season conditioning

  • Three-on-three tournaments/charity events

  • Next Level Preparation: For athletes who want to play at the next level (college/semi-pro). This option creates and distributes highlight tapes, communicates with colleges and professional institutions, prepares for college testing (SAT/ACT), community service, extracurricular school activities and GPA. For athletes/families of students ages 12 and older.
